« The absolute worst service ever. This place does not portray the look on photos. I already paid in full two weeks before our stay, for two nights and the owner refused to talk to us upon arrival. When the reception told us they do not have our booking as it must have been last minute from our side and they double booked. They left us standing there for over two hours refusing to help our refund us. Absolutely shocking. »
