There’s a wonderful sturdy wooden swing in front yard to sit and enjoy your coffee or a cocktail. The quiet was just right, the night bugs singing and the fireflies flashing, just a great place to unwind and put your feet up and not worry about a thing. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the weekend. This place is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, glassware,plates, etc. there were even some spices and seasonings, so if you forget, your meal won’t be tasteless! It was supplied with every possible thing you might need including wood for the firepit. The owners are very responsive and check on you to make sure you are happy and don't need anything. The house itself, while being beautifully decorated, has much of the same wood and architecture preserved within. There's even a spot in the house that's dedicated to the history; which is actually a very interesting read. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. You name it, they had it, including a sink window that allows you to look out at the old barn and lake. The rooms were of great size with comfy beds, TV's & separate AC/Heater units. Deer were spotted in the morning and you can hear roosters from a distance. Perfect for enjoying your morning drink. This house is also not far from any of the wineries or places to see so that's another plus! We would highly recommend and hope to come back! ##### Bill S.
