You will be staying in a 4-room apartment that spans 80 square meters and is located on the 1st floor with a south-east facing position. The apartment features a small living room equipped with a satellite TV (flat screen) and an exit leading to the terrace. There is a bedroom with one bed and one french bed (180 cm), as well as another room with two beds. The kitchen/living room area includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and an exit leading to the balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is furnished with practical and spacious furniture. It offers a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and toilet. Gas heating is available, and the floors are covered in parquet. There is a small balcony measuring 3 square meters with a south-facing position, as well as a large terrace spanning 28 square meters and a patio area. Outdoor furniture, including terrace furniture and deck chairs (2), is provided. You will have a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains from the apartment.  
  
Other Information  
During your vacation stay, you will have access to several convenient facilities, including a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, and a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds.
