"This was an incredible stay. The location, the breakfast oh that pool, so refreshing after long walks. You can access the entire area by foot. I stayed a week. Never rented a scooter and walked to Ninh binh twice. Freedom was such a relaxing wonderful experience and the little lady who literally sweeps, cleans and smiles all day. "Friendly staff Clean room. Though, the bathroom was very hot even with the AC on all day. Nice pool area but early closng time at 8pm and the pool bar only opens after 3pm. The bartender mistook our drinks with someone's else. The only bad experience we had with the hotel was the transportation to Ha Noi. It was a separate service that we booked through the hotel. We had to changed 3 times, and got dropped of around the corner instead of in front of our next hotel. It was a short walk but with all the luggages we had and the crazy traffic with no sidewalk, it was not enjoyable AT ALL. "
