"This property was just as advertised. Convenient to the grand ole opry and opry mills with a convenient shuttle to bring us back and forth to downtown. Would def stay here again!"

"Love the location of this. Has plenty to do around it, but without the hustle of downtown. Quick ride to downtown, or you can take the shuttle. Room was nice, we got upgraded to a double room. Loved having the full kitchen and amenities. The only downside, which we knew going in, was that it's a timeshare type place. When you first check in, they bombard you with trying to do the 90 min presentation. We were actually interested so had no problem signing up for this, however we had no intention...

"We were not expecting this location to be a time share and we were routed to a sales person for a 3 hour explanation of how we should join! Not ok. Also in the 9 days we stayed our room was never cleaned, we never received clean towels (we washed our own), toilet paper refills or anything. After we said no to the timeshare to 3 different people, we had no staff interaction. We were supposed to receive a 3 day 2 night stay at any Wyndam property to be used any time.
