"The owner Julianna was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. The interior of the property is amazing, in fact it’s jaw dropping. Even her lovely cuddly dog (bear) will give you a warm welcome. Highly recommend."

"Loved the location, quiet and lovely grounds. Was quite far from any towns, so if that is important, it might be something to consider. Not enough towels. Tiny kitchen area. All bedrooms and the only bathroom were all up a huge flight of stairs and the beds were very uncomfortable. Very pricey for what was offered. Would get unaffordable quickly if you stayed for very long.
But it was a lovely home in a lovely area and very quiet and clean.

"A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Northern Ireland – Truly Unmatched!
I've stayed at this charming bed and breakfast multiple times now, and each visit only gets better. Perfectly located in the beautiful countryside of Northern Ireland and conveniently close (40 minutes) to Belfast International Airport, this B\&B has become my go-to every time I’m in the area. geographically perfect as it is central ulster region.
The host, Ann, is simply incredible. Her attention to detail is second to none — she has truly thought of everything to make her guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely at home. From the cozy, spotless rooms to the thoughtful personal touches throughout the house, it’s clear that Ann takes great pride in what she does. Every stay feels tailored to the individual.
What really stands out is how much more this B&B offers compared to many hotels — especially when you consider the price. It’s competitively priced, but the quality, warmth, and service you receive far exceed most hotel experiences. The breakfast is always a highlight and tailored to what you want, freshly prepared and absolutely delicious — it’s clear that Ann puts real care into every part of the guest experience. A bonus is the copious amount of tea and coffee with the thoughtful biscuits :)
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Whether you're traveling for business, a short getaway, or just passing through, this B&B is a true gem. Thank you again, Ann — I’ll be back soon!

Charming 3 Bedroom, Self Catering in centre of Mid Ulster
10/10 Excellent
"We were on an extended family trip to visit ancestral places in Northern Ireland. Initially, I wasn’t sure how the ‘self-catering’ would be. This lovely home has an excellently appointed kitchen. Being located in this lovely country neighborhood just outside Cookstown ended up being the perfect central location for everything we needed! We did a day trip drive up to the Antrim coast for Dunluce Castle and Giants Causeway. Josie is a superb host! Payment instructions were clear and communication in advance was excellent. She welcomed us then met us as we were leaving, to ensure we had a quality stay. We made a new friend in Cookstown! If you can navigate country driving, this is an amazing and peaceful location."
