Just about 1500 m from the most beautiful beach of Chia, VILLETTA KAYTE is a wonderful accommodation suitable for 4 to 5 guests. The lovely furnished VILLETTA KAYTE consists of 1 master bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, both with access to the terrace, one bathroom, a cozy and comfortable open space with living/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. There is an additional room with roof window which can easily accommodate an additional guest. Most of all, the private covered terrace with dining table and an outdoor lounge opens up to wonderful sea views.  
  
The villetta has air-conditioning, WiFi, Sat TV, dish-washer, washing machine, sunbeds and an outdoor shower. Last but not least, the exclusive golf course of Chia (18 holes pitch & putt) is located nearby.  
  
Without a doubt, beach lovers will enjoy this lovely hideaway, the amazing scenery and the proximity to the sea. VILLETTA KAYTE is conveniently located just above the 5 star hotel Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia. Nearby you will find small shops, bars, restaurants, free live shows every night in the summer, wonderful hikes and bike trails, as well a sport activities.
