The house offers all comforts in order to have a wonderful stay. The apartment and its location allow to spend an ideal holiday tailored to your needs whether you are a couple, a family with children or a group of friends.
The holiday home is in a complex of private villas just a few hundred meters from the white beaches of Chia.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa and has ample indoor and outdoor spaces, offering the opportunity to dine indoor or on a panoramic patio. Outside the house there is a gas barbecue with grill and plate for roasting.The house can accommodate 2 to 6 people.
A large car park is available inside the property, from which you can reach the villa through a staircase adjacent to a private wooded area.
Our presence will be guaranteed on arrival and departure of guests, as well as a full a support for every possible need. On arrival you will receive touristic materials and information to have a great stay.
The upper apartment of the villa can be sometimes occupied by the owner, who does not live there.
The villa is situated in a magnificent location that allows you to enjoy both the tranquility and relaxation of the surrounding landscape and basic services nearby (market, restaurants, pizzerias, tourist facilities and more). You can also enjoy various sporting activities such as horseback riding, hiking, golf, tennis, snorkeling and other aquatic sports.
Chia is 50 Km from Cagliari-Elmas Airport for those arriving by plane and from the port of Cagliari, for those arriving by ship.
Please note that it's recommended the use of a car to move around easily and visit the nearby, that offers many tourist, environmental and cultural attractions.
A few kilometers away is Pula, a lovely little town that offers every kind of service and a lively atmosphere in the evening. In the nearby are also the forest of Is Cannoneris, numerous achaeological sites (nuraghi, towers, the complex Punic-Roman of Nora) and the beautiful beaches of Teulada.
When booking you will be given all the details to easily reach the villa.
The nearest beach is about 600m and all the other beautiful beaches are all within a few minutes by car.
There will be a barbecue available on request.
The house has everything you need and is only required for guests to enjoy a peaceful holiday and relax!
Please note that animals are not allowed.
Even if air conditioning is not included among the services of the house, since it is not strictly necessary since the house is sufficiently ventilated, the apartment has an air conditioner in the main room that can be used, if required, counting separately the consumptions that will be paid on departure.
