Surrounded by luxuriant nature and the island's scents, this elegant villa with private pool and garden offers tranquility and spectacular views of the surrounding hills. Furnished with taste, the villa combines a cozy and contemporary style with traditional Sardinian elements, and is equipped with winter air conditioning, satellite television - decoder - and wifi connection. It is composed of two floors so divided: 1st floor (60 m2): living room with fireplace, combined with kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, access to large covered veranda and garden with swimming pool, double bedroom with wardrobe, second double bedroom (with skylight) a bathroom and a cellar containing the washing machine and some furniture usable on the beach. 2nd floor (50 m2): two double bedrooms (beds of 140 cm) with access to the upper terrace, bathroom and garden with swimming pool. The garden of 700 sqm. placed on different levels, has a lush Mediterranean vegetation, among which are the wild mimosas, various kinds of broom, oleander, bougainvillea, myrtle and numerous ornamental species such as lantana. The small, 3x7-sized pool, set in a very private area, has a depth ranging from 150 to 250 cm. and is exposed to the sun from morning to sunset. It has loungers and a small porch to shelter from the sun. There is also a barbecue area. The large entrance veranda features a metal dining table and ceramic, a sofa and armchairs to allow for a pleasant stay at all hours of the day. In the quiet village of Domus de Maria, a few hundred meters away, there are all the shops you may need for daily shopping, or you can buy directly from producers, fruits and vegetables and other local produce at Km0 . There are also restaurants and pizzerias; many summer festivals - porceddu, fish, goat etc. are organized. Just outside the complex you can access some pleasant walking trails in the surrounding hills. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geschmackvoll und auch sehr praktisch (in jedem Zimmer Kleiderschränke bzw Ankleidezimmer) eingerichtet. Insgesamt fühlt man sich sofort wohl in dem Haus und dem Garten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Wir fanden den Pool perfekt für ein Ferienhaus in dieser Größe und pikobello sauber. Die Terrassen waren sehr einladend und der Garten liebevoll bepflanzt. Auf einem Hang gelegen hat man etwas Aussicht und das Grundstück ist unseinsehbar. Zu schönen Stränden sind es ca. 10min Fahrzeit mit dem Auto.Die Ausstattung ist einfach und insgesamt o.k. Positiv:- Checkin und Kommunikation war super- Pool mit bis zu 2,2m Tiefe- Uneinsehbares Grundstück- 4 Doppelbetten- mehrere Restaurants im Ort zu Fuss erreichbarNegativ:- 2 Weingläser aus Glas für ein Haus mit 8 Personen sind zu wenig. Jedoch sind die Olianderhecken so dicht, dass der Garten nicht einsehbar ist. Außerdem liegt das Grundstück ganz oben, wodurch noch mehr Privatsphäre gegeben ist. Uns hat es unglaublich gut gefallen und wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Vom privaten Pool, über den liebevoll gestalteten Garten bis zur Sauberkeit war alles perfekt. ##### Werner F. Communication with the host and Paolo was great. Séjour de 9 nuits en septembre 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Kristina v., Hamburg 30 juill. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Familienurlaub in Domus de Maria Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene + 5 Kinder von 9-17 Jahre) in der Unterkunft von Marina und Giorgio unseren 3-wöchigen Sommerurlaub verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen im oberen Teil eines Berghanges. Die Übergabe hat reibungslos geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Francesca und Poalo kümmern sich schnell, falls doch mal etwas sein sollte. Das Dorf ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zur erreichen. Falls man auf der Suche nach etwas mehr Unterhaltung ist und/oder die Kinder ausgehen möchten reicht ein Besuch in Domus de Maria nicht aus. Ein Auto ist obligat. My family had a lovely week stay in Domus de Maria. The views are stunning and the villa was outstanding. The villa is kept to a high standard. The pool was refreshing after a hot day at the beach and the garden was well kept. Nikos pizza is town was great to eat in the town square as well as takeaway. The drive to chia beach was 15minutes away. The beach is the best I’ve seen in Europe. Thank you for a lovely stay! ##### Camron S. Was uns aufgefallen ist; noch nie hatten wir ein so sauberes Haus gemietet - und wir haben schon viele gemietet. Ein riesen Dank an Francesca und Paolo. Die Kommunikation war sehr, sehr gut und wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten, haben sie uns sofort geholfen. Wir als Paar mit Hund haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Haus auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen. Danke Francesca und Paolo für eure Hilfe und eure Bemühungen. De reden dat dit verblijf geen 5 sterren krijgt, ligt niet aan het karakter van het huis. Positief: De ligging van het huis. Prachtig uitzicht. Verzorgde tuin. De verschillende niveaus, je kunt overal leuk zitten. Fijn zwembad met goede ligbedden. Vriendelijke ontvangst van Francesca. Goed contact vooraf met eigenaar. De ontvangen informatie betreft huis en omgeving. Negatief: De matrassen van de bedden zijn aan vervanging toe, je voelt de vering. De douches zijn klein, bij een sluiten de deurtjes niet goed, waardoor het water eruit loopt tijdens douchen, ook de sproeikop kon niet in hoogte versteld worden. Het warm water is snel op als je met 8 personen bent. ##### Dirjan v. Nette und hilfsbereite Kontaktpersonen. Ruhige Lage, trotzdem im Ort Restaurants, Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar. Im Haus ist alles in gutem, gepflegtem Zustand. Séjour de 8 nuits en septembre 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Katharina B. 11 août 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Tolle Unterkunft in den Bergen Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) und einer befreundeten Familie (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) eine Woche in Domus de Maria verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, man ist in 10 Autominuten am Strand und kann dennoch die Ruhe und Urspünglichkeit in den Bergen genießen. Das Haus ist für 2 Familien ideal, 2 Zimmer sind im OG mit einem Bad und 2 Zimmer mit Bad und Wohnkücke im EG. Man hat also trotz gemeinsamer Unterkunft ausreichend Privatsphäre. Die Architektur des Hauses, der Garten, der schöne Pool und die Lage sind sensationell. Es sind außerdem alle notwndigen Küchen-Utensilien Handtücher, Wäscheständer etc. für einen entspannten Urlaub vorhanden. Wir hatten ab und an Probleme mit der Wasserpumpe, was sicher auch dem allgemeinen Wassermangel auf der Insel geschuldet ist. Für uns stellt dies aber kein Hinderniss dar der Unterkunft verdiente 5 Sterne zu geben. Wir würden bei einem Urlaub mit mehreren Personen sicher wiederkommen! ##### Katharina B.
