### Villa in Domburg near North Sea Beach

This detached, restyled villa provides a relaxing retreat in a peaceful holiday park near the North Sea. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a TV and an open kitchen equipped with a microwave oven and dishwasher. A separate toilet is conveniently located in the hall. Upstairs, guests will find three comfortable double bedrooms, each furnished with single box-spring beds that can be arranged as doubles or twins. A modern bathroom with a bath and toilet adds to the villa’s comfort. This property is not pet-friendly, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay for all guests. Situated in the charming seaside resort of Domburg, the villa is just 1 km from the stunning North Sea beach, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or long coastal walks. The lively town center offers cozy cafés, fresh markets, and boutique shops, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round at the nearby Domburgsche Golf Club, while nature lovers can explore the scenic Manteling nature reserve. The historic surroundings and local seafood restaurants make this destination ideal for a well-rounded holiday experience. For added convenience, the villa features a private garden with a furnished terrace, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation with modern appliances. A spacious bathroom with a bath ensures a comfortable stay, while on-site parking is available for two cars. Guests can also take advantage of the holiday park’s various villa options, accommodating groups of different sizes. Due to a fire in the wellness center at Roompot Hof Domburg, the swimming pool, bowling alley, and wellness facilities (De Parel) are currently closed.  
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat.
