Lavarello offers a 3-room apartment of 90 square meters on the 2nd floor. The spacious and fully renovated unit boasts beautiful and modern furnishings, including a living/dining room with a double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a TV (flat screen). There are two double bedrooms, and the open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment has two bathrooms, each with a bath, bidet, and WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The amenities included in this vacation rental are gas heating (available only from October 15 to April 30), natural stone floors, a small balcony with furniture, a hair dryer, and free Wi-Fi internet. Additionally, a maximum of one pet or dog is allowed, and there is a smoke alarm on the premises.  
  
Other Information
