Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Parking, single garage at the house. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 350 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 450 m, railway station "Colico" 13.7 km, ferry "Domaso" 1.2 km, grass beach 500 m. Marina 400 m, golf course (18 hole) 25 km, surf school 750 m, sailing school 400 m, cycle lane 500 m, children's playground 450 m. Nearby attractions: Villa Camilla, Chiesa di San Bartolomeo, Ponte del Passo. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Madesimo. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Grotto Dangri, Monte Berlinghera. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Obligation to wear bathing caps.
