Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. "It was very clean, neat slopes, and restaurants. The accommodations are small with low ceilings and poor lighting. There was no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The evening check in associate was very pleasant. The morning check in person was extremely unpleasant and seemed perturbed by foreign guests often frowning and scowling on sight. She even struggled or pretended to struggle with getting a taxi which shouldn’t be an uncommon request at a hotel. She...

"The most beautiful stay! We had the most perfect view of the mountains, we were walking distance to pretty much everything- dining, shopping, trails. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Also had a nice little breakfast buffet in the morning, would definitely come back! Also a 10-15 min walk to the Chamonix station (depending on how fast you walk with luggage haha) "
