Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 2-room house that spans over two levels and covers an area of 60 square meters. The living/dining room is furnished with comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV. It also has an exit leading to the garden. There is one room on the lower level with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen is equipped with three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also has an exit leading to the garden and the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay during your vacation. It features a washing machine, barbecue, and allows pets, making it pet-friendly. The house also has heat available, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity is four guests, with one bedroom and one bathroom.  
  
Other Information  
The bathroom is separate from the WC (toilet). The house has electric heating, and the upper floor features a gallery with another French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Outdoor amenities include terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs. Additional facilities provided are a children's high chair, baby cot, and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available. Please note that the property is suitable for families and only allows non-smokers. One pet or dog is permitted.
