Daughter grazed herself on the doorway to room as it was rusty and paint peeled off. Needs a little updating. Room was clean and staff were lovely. Pool was great. Beautiful view of ocean from room.

Condition of the room was average, very outdated and not worth the cost of the room. Doorframe was rotting, ants in the room, only, wobbly roll away bed, no daily cleaning service, even if asked. No wifi. No shade over any area of the pool. Positives, lovely bar staff, sangria jugs and the beach.

Professional and friendly staff. Dinner was superb. Room needs renovation and through clean, fan didn’t work, TV didn’t work, AC struggled

Thank you for your review. We have looked at the fan and all is working, the TV has a switch beside the bed which was turned off, we are sorry that you did not let us know as this was easily fixed.

Reception is hardly ever open So if checking out early nowhere to leave keys

Thank you for your review. When our reception is closed as per the signage the Restaurant, Cafe & Bar takes over. We also have a key return box on the wall beside the front door.
