Our ocean view room had a stunning view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Having a guest laundry available was good.

Hi Dave, Thank you for taking the time to rate us. We are starting renovations with the pool being repainted next week, some door frames replaced and hallways painted. We know we have to improve the maintenance and are working with owners to do this.

Location good Pool and restaurant area is inviting . Rooms are very run down , rooms not cleaned properly hair and mold in bathroom. Need a big cash injection - updating if they are wanting to charge what they are per night . Very disappointing has potential to be a great place to stay .

Unfortunately the units are privately owned and some owners are yet to renovate. We hope to see you back and if available we try and give as many renovated rooms as possible. With regards to the bathroom if you could please tell me what room number you had so I can investigate.

The view was magnificent however it took 3 room changes to get what I booked, 2 beds. The room smelt musty. The dinner was lovely at the poolside.

Daughter grazed herself on the doorway to room as it was rusty and paint peeled off. Needs a little updating. Room was clean and staff were lovely. Pool was great. Beautiful view of ocean from room.

Had a great stay at Dolphin Heads,only a quick stroll to the beach to watch the sunrise😀

Condition of the room was average, very outdated and not worth the cost of the room. Doorframe was rotting, ants in the room, only, wobbly roll away bed, no daily cleaning service, even if asked. No wifi. No shade over any area of the pool. Positives, lovely bar staff, sangria jugs and the beach.

Professional and friendly staff. Dinner was superb. Room needs renovation and through clean, fan didn’t work, TV didn’t work, AC struggled
