Quite a basic room. Air on noisy, self check in process. Bed linen provided basic. Basic utilities; crockery etc. Location was good. Cleanliness not great; bathroom floor dirty and hair found in shower. Toilet seat broken and falling off. Wouldn’t recommend unless there for one night due to high noise levels.

Very convenient location. Apartment is big. Check in is convenient, you can pay 40zlt to park car, but very inconvenient to walk back and our assigned spot was taken by someone else and we had to go back and forth to change spot. And the parking is under building located on krawiecka 3. No elevator lead to floor 0. Complex to go back to the apartment

Very very disappointing start to our trip in Wrocław. The photo of the apartment on the Internet was nothing like the apartment we were given. Old, tired, no renovations, dirty, holes in all mattresses, mattress not clean with yellow staining, no washer/dryer provided which was stated as part of the apartment on WOTIF. One pan for cooking with no utensils. Limited cups and cutlery for 5 people. Will not be staying here again.

Good stay very central to the old town
The apartment was spacious, clean and very close to the old town of Wrocław. Just one street away from the main square in the old town. Could walk there. Could have done with better curtains in the bedroom. Very light and not fitting window properly. The sitting room and kitchenette were quite big. The couch bed was leather and a little soft. Overall a good experience.

Loud apartment, awful people at the reception desk
The apartment is loud: constant buzzing of the AC, like on a plane. There’s no way to switch it off. Apart from that, it’s ok. Another thing that made my stay terrible was the woman at the reception. I asked for an iron which was supposed to be in the room but wasn’t. She said she’d give it to me the next day, which is no good. It was a business trip and I needed to prepare. After some negotiations she said she would check the storage, and then she announced she couldn’t find another iron. I’m sure she never moved her ass from behind the desk (there were two of them and no clients to attend) and she lied to my face. A terrible experience.

The unit was in poor condition, it smelled like fried fish in the living room there was damage to the chairs, flooring, and the microwave did not work. There was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the sheets had holes in them, the bed linen did not feel clean is we slept in our clothes. The bathroom was nice and clean, the security guard was very helpfull in getting me a last minute parking and facilitate our arrival. Not a luxury property, i desperate need of repair and proper housekeeping.

Really bad staff attitude.
Very rude lady at the reception never received any clear directions from the staff. Felt like I was trouble when I ask the question. Really bad attitude. Nice rooms but if you looking for somewhere with really bad customer service that’s your place. Would never book it again as I never felt like that before I mean being treated by members of staff.

Apartments are not signposted and are hard to find. The receptionist was not helpful and told us the rooms weren't in this building. Wouldnt tells us how to find them we then asked the information desk, and she didn't no either? The rooms are very run down and in bad condition.

Location is superb everything is either a short walk or tram ride, easy public transport to airport, apartments are modern with everything you would expect, no big issue but no english speaking channels on tv in rooms

The property is itself is clean with 24hr security. The apartment itself is the worst . I’ve stayed at the apartment many times . However the apartment was disgusting. The sockets were off the wall exposing bare wires . Bedding was disgusting. Was advised we couldn’t be moved because no other rooms available.

In the first room toilet was leaking, water in the bathriom floor, mold everywhere in the bathroom, not able to connect to Wi-Fi, holes in the walls, and doors. They moved us to a second room. Stove wasn't working hair dryer wasn't working nightstand lights wasn't working and on the last day at 9:00 a.m. when we are trying to leave the room they locked us in. We couldn't get out of the room for 2 hours. The phone that we found in the room wasn't connected. After making a few international phone calls we finally were able to reached the reception. And they unlock the door for us. It was the most scariest thing I ever experienced, and I travel the world. The front desk were so ignorant about the whole experience. No explanations, no apologies. No customer service.

Nice apartment and in a great location, however had scarce amenities, eg no microwave, grill pan (in oven) baking trays etc. so cooking limited. No hairdryer, but one was provided on request.

Brilliant location but improvements could be made
On the plus side the apartment is in a fantastic location and a short walk from the Old Square. We visited for the Christmas Market and it was close enough to pop too and from the market several times during the day. The apartment was spacious with really comfy beds (including the double sofa bed). The wi-if was good and it was nice and warm. Plenty of drawer and hanging space. The negatives were the initial reception. Arriving on a rainy, dark night we could not find the reception. There are no distinguishing signs and the picture used on the ad is not on the street you check in at so you feel that you are in completely the wrong place. When we finally found it we were met by 3 miserable receptionists who were no help at all. They gave us a poorly printed sheet with the wi-fi code and apartment number and told us to look for the key code across the road. There was nothing there and we spent another 10 minutes trying to find the place. There were no instructions as to how anything worked or where the bedding for the sofa bed was hidden! The ad mentioned that breakfast was available but there was no mention of this at all. My further disappointment was with the amount of cutlery/crockery available. There were no glasses at all and we had to sip my birthday Prosecco out of gritty, chipped mugs. There were only 2 bowls (in an apartment for 4) and one teaspoon! Towels were provided but were hard and scratchy. Such a shame as gave a bad first impression!

Basic and loud.
Whose idea of luxury this is, I don't know. It's an ok place. Rather basic. I booked a 40 sq m room, got maybe 20. The receptionists saw me and said hello only when they were ready to do so, not a minute earlier (Is it really so difficult to say, good morning, I'll be with you in a moment?). The room had AC on that couldn't be switched off - loud. The view was of an internal courtyard: depressing. I'm not sure about the cleanliness of the place.

Great proximity to the square and mall across the street. Very clean. Only issue was the shower didnt actually have a shower curtain which essentially cause a mess on the floor with water. but besides that, great place to crash

Great location . Reserve parking while booking otherwise you’ll have trouble parking your car . The shower was in the bedroom so it was a bit uncomfortable but otherwise it was a great stay . Recommend

It wasn’t my first stay in this place - I feel like every time it gets worst (AC not working, hot water in the shower takes 10 minutes to come up, blocked sink, leaking ceiling, stains on the sofa and chairs), I only booked it because of a great location, but I won’t make this mistake again… the value for money is not there, you can book a junior suite in a 4* hotel for the same amount

Reasonable facilities but the room was very hot and had no aircon, so it was difficult to sleep. Also both the lifts were broken one day as well. The staff at reception were really helpful and friendly though!

negative: -extractor hood, does not work over the stove. -light in the kitchen is not working -no central heating and AC isn't working -one of the lamps on the night stand is not working, because there is no socket to plug it in, it is purely for decoration -lock in the bathroom is not working, and door is not closing on its own -no microwave -uneven mattress, as if someone very heavy slept on it , and left a dent(I end up sleeping on the sofa) -I would recommend to bring your own hair dryer. Possitive: New, centrally located, very helpful staff. Next to a shopping mall, public transport and in the heart of old city.

Pictures dont match the apartments
Although the apartments were satisfactory i was disappointed that the oictures on hotels.com website did not match the actual apartments, it clearly shows in pictures a spacious apartment with a balcony what you get is a room with kitchen , i did talk to reception and showed them the pictures and they agreed the pictures were not the same as the apartments, the reasin i booked there was to get a balcony for the same money i could have booked a good hotel

We have paid extra for an apartment (studio) to have a "King-size" bed. Unfortunately it wasn't even close. It wasn't even a Queen-size standard. Just a small double bed. The bathroom is big enough but the bath is like one intended for children. A grown-up is unable to sit in the bath. I know Wroclaw like it's leprechauns but you have to be one to fit in that bath. And that would explain the size of the bed as well. Other than that the biggest plus is the location. You're in the middle of the city not even a minute away from the old town. Parking rate is reasonable. The windows could not be opened as the apartment had it's windows inwards to it's center where you could hear the exhaust of the ventilation systems 24/7. So if you don't want the noise you have to keep the windows closed. Which is hard when it's warm outside.

The appartment had everything I needed but the rooms are so bright and the property needs to invest in blackout curtains for the windows .... I know this sounds petty but the first night I couldn’t sleep with the amount of light coming in The location is perfect
