9/10 Wonderful! (387 reviews)
I loved this hotel. Excellent staff and a very comfortable bedroom with a four poster bed to the front of the property. The guest lounge with its roaring fire was very welcome after a long day. I would have liked a lined blind or curtain for the bathroom which could have provided more privacy from the road. Parking here is a real bonus and the buses for the city centre stop are just a short walk away. I would love to revisit this hotel when next in Edinburgh.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,336 reviews)
Great location right at the west end of queen street. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of space and fully appliances in the kitchen area.
Next time would probably prefer not to be in the basement at the front of the building with some noise from the main road and people walking by on the street above.

Perfect location, large space, clean. Happy to have found this place. Would recommend to everybody. But be aware that there are no lifts, so if you have heavy luggage, it may be a bit inconvenient.

"Very friendly staff member greeted us at 2.30 am. And I can kind of understand why we were given a ground floor room at that time of the morning. BUT unfortunately the curtains were hanging off and definitely Not blackout. Plus the carpark was outside our window and we were woken early by a coach ..."
