The broken down campers right before the gate was very sketchy. Along with the 2 guys that were watching us outside one of the campers. Beautiful house, very spacious, and I loved hearing the waves of the ocean! The distance from the house to the river was perfect. But the grass was so overgrown, we had to go back and put pants on to walk through it. The fire pit and hot tub were great and got used! WiFi work fairly decent and most cooking equipment was provided. Possibly look into curtains for all the windows, as a lot of heat came in via the windows/doors without shade. Also, clear checkout instructions would be good also. The “Welcome Book” at the house and the email I received for checkout said 2 different things.
