« We stayed while my adult daughter had a full week worth of appointments at Mayo. It was so comfortable and homey. She was able to have her own space for napping. I was able to walk easily to the small grocery store. We walked to Mayo and St. Mary’s but sometimes took uber. The home was nicely stocked with high quality supplies. It was great to have pryex to store leftover food in. The owners also reached out to check on us after some severe weather. I felt very safe in this home and walking in...

« Charming cottage was just as was listed on vrbo listing…It is cute and comfortable, had all the amenities we needed for our week long stay. Appreciated the parking available as was able to leave car there and walk to St Mary’s. The host of this vrbo was very helpful and responded very timely to messages sent to him. « This home not only met, but exceeded our needs for my family’s weekend in Rochester. Communication with the homeowner was very easy and I found Broc to be very responsive to all my questions. As a result, check-in was a breeze. We found the house to be very clean and outfitted with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was cute and very quiet. We come to Rochester frequently. If possible, we will stay here again. »

The host was responsive, offered an earlier check in, had chocolate as a thank you for us, k-cups and tea, and even a well instructed guide book for the checkout process and use of items in the home.We would recommend this place and we would return here for another stay. »
