Villa Nika is a semi-detached house located 5 km from the center of Malinska in Rijeka, Croatia. This two-story vacation rental offers a private fenced property of 250 m2 with a wildlife garden, a heated swimming pool (24 m2, depth 140 cm, available seasonally from April 20 to October 15), and a salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. The pool area also features an unconventional shape, an outdoor shower, a hot tub, and a barbecue area. The property includes internet access, a washing machine, and parking for two cars.  
  
Outdoors  
Villa Nika boasts a private outdoor space spanning 250 m2, enclosed by a fence. This area features a wildlife garden, creating a serene and natural ambiance. The highlight of the outdoor area is the heated swimming pool, measuring 24 m2 with a depth of 140 cm, available during the seasonal period from April 20 to October 15\. The pool utilizes a salt-electrolysis cleaning system, ensuring a refreshing and hygienic swimming experience. Additionally, the pool area showcases an unconventional shape, adding a touch of uniqueness to the design. Enhancing the outdoor experience, Villa Nika offers an outdoor shower, a hot tub, and a barbecue area, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and al fresco dining.

Unit Layout  
The vacation property is a 3-room semi-detached house spanning an area of 84 square meters. It features a living/dining room with a sofa bed (100 cm, length 230 cm), cable TV, and air conditioning, leading to a terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and steamer. There is also a separate WC (toilet) on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are two rooms, each with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. One of the rooms has access to a balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation property includes various amenities such as air conditioning, a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, pet-friendly policy (allowing one small pet/dog), a Jacuzzi bathtub, microwave, and television. It can accommodate a maximum capacity of 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available.  
  
Other Information  
The property does not have a heating option. However, it features a 15 square meter balcony and a 15 square meter roofed terrace, complete with terrace furniture and deck chairs.
