The studio is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is situated in a holiday-home settlement on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its sunny waterfront location. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, terrace and courtyard. Shared laundry room with washing machine, detergent pods/washing powder and iron.

Šilo. The studio is located on an enclosed garden plot with shrubs, bounded by a fence and a wall. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
