The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2016 and is modern, furnished in the typical local style, and functional. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet, sunny, and secluded location. Available for shared use are: garden shower and barbecue facilities.

Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 50 m). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.
