The holiday flat is located in a detached house built in 1990, was renovated in 2025, and is furnished in a rustic, typical regional style and for practical use. The property is situated in the village centre. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Klimno. The holiday apartement is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. At the entrance to the village, 150 m from the sea Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property. 1 parking space for each residential unit
