With its accessible beach just 30 metres away and a specially designated dog beach 700 metres away, it provides an excellent base for water rats and pet owners.  
  
Inside, guests can expect a cosy environment that extends over the first floor. Two inviting bedrooms - one with a double bed and direct access to the terrace and the other with two single beds - promise peaceful nights. The practicality is complemented by the air-conditioned living room, which offers a satellite/cable TV and WLAN as well as a pull-out couch for an additional guest. Another plus point is the veranda, which is ideal for dining and socialising.  
  
The outdoor area enchants with a spacious terrace of 20 m², which is not only equipped with a dining table and parasol, but also invites you to linger and relax. Guests can also use the communal garden and round off the balmy evenings at the barbecue. A free car park behind the house ensures the safety of your vehicle.
