It features a cozy indoor living space and a lovely terrace (20 m2), complete with a dining table, sun loungers, and an umbrella, right by the entrance. The apartment offers one bedroom with a queen-size bed and air conditioning, as well as a sofa bed for two in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a ceramic stove, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and toaster. The living room includes a dining area, pull-out couch, and satellite TV. The BBQ is shared and located on a different terrace which has a sea view. Situated just 40 meters from the sea and 90 meters from a sandy beach, the apartment is within walking distance of restaurants and the village center.
