"Beautiful property with great sea views, the service was relatively good and they really tried to provide with a good experience yet there were still few rough edges to smooth out literally, the spa is excluded (not massages and treatments) but actual access to the spa saunas etc… its was not shown anywhere on the website. "We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel but a few things I would not to fellow travellers; There are only 12 sun beds round the outdoor pool and towels are placed on these to reserve from early morning Car parking is chargeable Air conditioning is poor and does not cool the rooms down very well Beach/Pool towels are only allowed once per day and this is strictly followed, you will be quizzed as to if you have already have towels if you request them later in the day There is a strict policy of no outdoor food and drink in the hotel - I think it is unreasonable to not be allowed to bring soft drinks back to the room in hot weather The restaurant serving evening meals it’s next to the outdoor pool, you could be trying to eat your evening meal whilst children are playing, jumping and screaming in the pool - this was as late as 8/9pm None of the above will ruin your stay - but some stop the experience from being relaxing and easy. The experience could be improved without such strict rules."

Overall, everything was absolutely fine and we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the check-in process took a little longer than expected. Other than that, the staff were amazing, from the team at reception to everyone working in the restaurant. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful I think this hotel is particularly great for families with children. The seawater pool is a big plus, the beaches are very close by, and the location overall is excellent. Room was also perfectly fine and comfortable for our family Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay, and most importantly, our child absolutely loved it. We would happily stay here again"
