"I really loved this hotel! I would recommend it to everyone staying in Vienna. It was in a perfect location and walkable to the main shopping area. The restaurants were also close by and next door was the famous Central Cafe. The staff is fantastic. The hotel was very quiet and their breakfast was really good. Would stay there again when I visit again."

Our hotel room was lovely (and exactly as described); and the facilities both within the room and within the pool and gym were exceptional especially given the price. "What a unique hotel! We absolutely loved the moooons theme, with carefully thought out special details throughout the hotel and rooms. Staff were friendly, kind, approachable and helpful. All minor questions or issues we had were instantly resolved. The location is fantastic, perfect for exploring Vienna. The room was comfortable, modern, clean and well equipped. The window seat was such a lovely feature. The staff went above and beyond for our anniversary, even putting in chocolate truffles with a thoughtful hand written note. Roof bar was closed for our visit which was a shame given the good weather but understandable given the time of year (mid April). Breakfast is delicious! So many options and freshly prepared. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if and when we return to this wonderful city. "
