"Cute place. Hard to fish from balcony without hitting low ceiling. People were fishing from second floor. My two issues were: 1-the cleaning solution scents were intense. I tried to air it out a bit, but it didn’t help. I’m not sensitive to scents, and this was overwhelming. 2-locked our keys and phone in the room. It was great that there was a phone to use by the office (it was 15 minutes after the office closed). My Issue was we told the answering that we have no phone and we will wait by our room. 40 minutes later, I called the answering service from a stranger’s phone and was told that the keys were placed in the lock box in front of the office. Seriously?!? No one could’ve brought the keys To my room? They told us to wait at our room. Other than that, it was very relaxing."

"I have stayed here multiple times and love it every time. There are only 9 rooms to choose from, and each is unique in its own way. There is a separate house with two rooms and a private pool and the other 7 rooms are in the main location where the restaurant, conference room and large dining room are located. There is a sparkling pool behind and a balcony overlooking the property. This is truly a beautiful hidden secret. For any of you traveling to Magnolia, TX I highly recommend this place. However, it is best suited and geared for adults and not children. It is very quiet, the restaurant has outstanding food, and the place has such a beautiful atmosphere. I absolutely love it here and think you will too. I will be back!"
