This is an aging facility, slowly being upgraded. It is a solid 3.5 star resort complex. Our room was not well cleaned, there was hair in the shower and basin, and the floor was not clean. However, it is what it is. If you are looking for a good value stay, with restaurants onsite, and the ability to relax and enjoy time with family, or friends, Bartolomeo is the only property of its kind near Dnipro centre. It is on the river, staff are generally very friendly, and english is never an issue. Servicen var däremot urusel. I väntan på rummet som först blev färdigt 14.00 fick inga faciliteter utnyttjas såsom pol och sportaktiviteter. Vårt sällskap var hänvisat till restaurangdelen, där nästa servicefiasko skulle utspela sig. Maten två i sällskapet fick in bestod av härsket kött och reklamerades omedelbart. Vi beställde in nya rätter men på slutnotan var den skämda maten specificerad. Vid sidan av detta var anrättningarna smak- oc fanfasilösa. Det finnas gott om bättre restauranger i närområdet med god service. Хорошее расположение и дизайн гостиницы не смогли сгладить разочарования от низкого уровня обслуживания. Все три дня в коридоре стояла грязная посуда оставленная одним из жильцов которая никоим образом не мешала персоналу который ходил мимо. Столкнулись с хамством и неуважением на стойке выдачи полотенец (гостиница поменяла карточки не предупредив жильцов). Дополнили впечатление белые скатерти с пятнами от прошлых посетителей в ресторане которые не мешали официантам. На выезде с нас потребовали заплатить за бутылку воды из минибара которую мы не пили - я, в общем, уже был готов заплатить но нас "простили".
