The worst place you could possibly stay at. Facility was old, booked rooms were unavailable, had to wait for 50 minutes to check in after a 17 hours flight, customer service at the bar was below poor.

Vert nice hotel. The reception staff checked us in at about 10 am which was very nice of them. The breakfastvwas excellentvwith great selection of nice food. Rooms are sea view and very comfortable

This was my first time to visit Djerba and I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very helpful, room was beautiful, and food options were delicious. The only thing we were a bit disappointed was the entertainment wasn't enough. However, our stay was very relaxing and refreshing. Thank you!

Very pleasant and relaxing. We stayed for 5 days and were very content of the hotel staff and the service. The gym equipment is something you can work on. The facilities are old. If the hotel is far away from the lobby, there is no internet. Internet facilities should be definitely improved.

The floor in our rooms hadn't been cleaned. There was long black hair throughout the room. I told the room relations woman at the front desk and she had someone come right away to clean the room. Our fridge didn't work and that was also sorted out quickly.

This is the review from my recent experience. That I have had during my stay at the hotel. The property is rated as 5 stars hotel but the real it's not at all. It's probably 1 star out of the 5. It's seems like a wow hotel on the pictures but unfortunately it's not . Property management poor .you book something that you expect. But you're totally on a different page . And it will take them forever to get your problem solved and looked after. considering the money that you pay it's not even worth it. And it's a Rip off. All that you hear sorry sorry . Regards safety , I consider that due to the issue that accurate with me . equipment not well maintained and even the first emergency respond doesn't work ..not sure what's wrong with them and what they're trying to do with it.my experience with this hotel was like not even sure why I stayed there for some reason .got stuck . Stuff wise they're doing their best to keep up with the costumer .my understanding expedia have to receive those comment and cross exam them with the big attention that way they're aware of what's going on with their costumer. When we choose Expedia we know that the service is the best that we expect .

We came for 2 days and changed rooms three times in 24hours. The first room was one of the furthest from the reception and main leisure places, the toilet wasn't flushing, and we had two separate single beds. We got moved the next morning to another room, which was better but when we came back in the evening it smells like fried food and we couldn't sleep with the smell. They brought in a technician and someone gave us air freshener...Luckily we got moved to another room late at night, which was so much better. The buffet at the restaurant was okay and there were flies everywhere. The beach area and swimming pools were really nice with a view of the sea, but the sea was dirty. We ordered fries and after having waited for 30min by the pool went to speak to the waiter. They had forgotten us. They brought the food a few minutes later and the waiter said "you are not entitled to be angry because you are on holiday", which was the icing on the cake. Apparently, everyone in town knows the Ulysse branch is not good, and I would recommend staying at the other Radisson Blu, which seems much better.

Clean, beach front, good staff AAA standards
Beautiful hotel on the beach with amenities and good people. Room was clean and specious. Hotel is close to old city center and Midoun. Simple and quiet get away island. Ulysse is the destination in Djerba for my future travel. Good breakfast buffet and restaurants Dhuha in guest relations was so kind to give us an early check in and a welcome drink made us feel home.

They were two nights but it was a pleasing experience. They offer good quality delicious food, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. If I am in Djerba once again, I will come back to this hotel.

"5 stars !!" Can't be.
It was not good experience. The service was slow and yiu need to remind them always about your requests. The room was cleaned probably but the bed sheets were not replaced daily. The air conditioning system was very bad. We spend a night in hot condition due to ita failure. The good things are,the have nice natural curing facilities and many restaurants. Nice swimming pool and beach access. Taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Great location if you like swimming, no night life
When I arrived I was surprised that at hotel reception he greeted me with my name. This was my first wist to this hotel. Hotel is at nice location with own beach and very nice view. Service is excellent if asked somthing I got it. I asked a room with better wifi and without question I got it. I had only one problem at check out my credit card was not working and I had to use other card. I used non working card at airport in Europe so it was hotel issue.

An old hotel, not a 5 star service
The building by itself looks ok, but it's very old hotel that needs serious renovations. We were not so satisfied by the service of house keeping, we requested for extra bed sheet and the bed sheet they brought had pinkish stain. This was addressed to to the hotel, but it was a disappointment from Radisson Blu. Morning buffet breakfast was very basic and average ( only hit fresh omelet was very good)

We only spent one night in djerba and really loved this hotel. It's beautiful, clean, and a friendly staff. The beach is gorgeous and grounds are superb. It's one of the best experiences I ever had. The restaurant took a request and prepared a special dinner for my boyfriend. The breakfast in the morning was the best I had in Tunisia. Loved the omelette station. It was just a great time, and I wish I stayed there longer.

Very nice and peaceful hotel at the beach. Staff is very well taking care of everyones requests. The beach is very quite but a bit dirty around the hotel. The SPA is ok, but need a brush up with the facilities. All together the hotel is a good chance to take of for a week and relaxe.

A very good safe choice...but highly erratic servi
The hotel has pretty much anything ... Beach, pool, beautiful location....but in addition a truly awesome spa and some great restaurants. The Tunisian restaurant at the basement was simply outstanding. Restaurant Neptune was very good for lunch but a disappointment in the evening. Breakfast was fantastic. Now the minuses - like any hotel in emerging markets, most of the personnel are very service minded and want to provide a great service. But then you have the few rotten apples who got their job because they know someone in the management (a brother or a cousin) and hence know they are untouchable and can do anything to spoil a good experience for the customer. Just too sad that what otherwise would have been a great week can be soiled by some jerks who have no sense of where they would be if this was a really competitive job market. I doubt I will return ... Not sure other places are much better, but I'm willing to try ...

A Magnificient Stay
The hotel was amazing and palatial and right on the Mediterranean sea. The hotel staff was magnificent, always ready to help and always smiling, very courteous. Mr. Aarbi, the manager was very kind and had a solution to any issue I had. The rooms were very nice and I had a terrace; the beds were very comfortable...the food was excellent and plentiful and varied...only draw back was my room was isolated at one end of the building...8.5 overall score

Great vacation getaway in Djerba!
The Radisson Blu Ulysse was an excellent place to stay for our 30th anniversary trip. The service is excellent, the food good, and the beaches marvellous! I would do it again in a heartbeat!

practice staff a descrimination towards people, communication is very bad, and the worst we had to leave the hotel because the director did not want my wife bathes with an outfit reserved thing that is not indicated in booking conditions The only solution proposed by the director himself is to leave the hotel !!!

The issue ee had is that our room was in a new extension for the hotel where the airconfitioning was not central and you could feel the warm weather everywhere.

Excellent place.
I spent 3 night in the hotel. It is very clean, staff very polite and helpful. Rooms are relaxing and well decorated. Balcony with sea view is excellent but still can hear the relaxing wave sound from garden view rooms. Breakfast buffet is tremendously amazing. A credit for this hotel.
