"The owner gave us the wrong number of the unit we'd rented so it took awhile to contact her and figure out which unit was ours and how to access it (be aware there are other people staying in other parts of the house, did not have a problem with them but is good to know).   The photos she had posted for our unit was not the one she had us staying in.
