El Arco de la Estrella es la principal puerta de entrada al recinto amurallado desde el siglo XV, siendo la más conocida de la ciudad medieval de Cáceres. Situado al lado de la torre de Bujaco, se abrió en el siglo XV en el mismo punto donde había una portezuela para permitir el paso de los carruajes desde la Plaza Mayor, por entonces la muralla había perdido gran parte de su naturaleza defensiva. At least the instructions included pictures so we can follow them properly (the streets are very narrow with confusing signs). When we finally arrived, we had to leave the car at a nearby Plaza, walk to the hotel, do the check-in and leave our luggage. Nobody helped us with our luggage. Then they provided us with a QR code to get to the parking space. After that, we had to walk to the Hotel. I understand it's a historic building, located at a historic center but they should provide their guests with a better experience when arriving and leaving the hotel. Also they should at least have coffee available at 7:00 AM for the guests that need to leave early."
