"This was a wonderful experience for my friend and I. Annett and Qazi in dining were wonderful and VERY welcoming. Crystal at the front desk was amazing, her welcome smiling and how she treated us when we arrived was profound. DEBORAH at the front desk had too much ATTITUDE for our liking when we went to pick up our new keys, she was a BIG turn off. Other than her our overall experience was amazing. Would definitely return and recommend this resort."

"This was the first hotel to come up when looking into where to stay. Very nice, clean and easily walking distance to the White House and all other things to see. The beds were good. The bathroom was beautiful. There was a little kitchen in the room as well as a refrigerator. They have a gym and restaurant downstairs. Overall my stay was good and if I do come again I will be booking my stay here again. "

"Noise from karaoke club below sometimes Would have liked dressing gowns. Otherwise all good Charged $65 for valet parking and we don’t have a car! Phoned reception from Union station and was assured it would be credited to my credit card. Asked for new invoice receipt to be emailed to me but have yet to receive."

"Iwas only there for a banquet and an overnight stay, but the rooms were a nice size and the rooms were quiet. There was no sounds from the other rooms on the floor. Note: everything thing is cashless, so there is no exchange of money. "

"The room was very modern. I loved it. the water pressure in the sink was weak. The green flashing light of the carbon monoxide kept waking me up. The wait staff at bfast was so friendly and helpful. Restaurants around the area were great. The weather was not conducive to go on a boat ride but that would have been great."
