It is right in the heart of Saigon City, close by the Northern entrance of Ben Thanh Market. The room was not as I expected but was not that bad at all, it seems a bit old. The set back was the room I stayed in does not have a windows. The daily breakfast was good, different menus everyday. All the front desk reception staffs to the Bellboys and the cleaning lady were great, friendly, very helpful. They would help you with your luggages, called the taxi, showing you the direction where to go or find a good place to eat. Kevin was exceptional, communicating well, he would go the extra miles to help you out when you need help of anything. Overall it was a great 5 days , memoreable stay in Saigon.
