« The home was perfect for our group. The “Star Wars” room accommodated several of our girls And they loved the space. Each mom had a comfortable bed, plenty of space and great views! We lived the view from the back porch and were able To see several sunrises and sunsets as Well as some Resident wildlife! (Alligators, flamingos, etc). My only issue was that the TV’s in the theatre room need instructions as we are not techy and never got anything to work well. Lovely home, well appointed! »

« My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home! »

« We absolutely loved this home!! Our daughter loved the princess room and our youngest son loved the Spider-Man room!! The home is very spacious!! The boys enjoyed nightly ping pong tournaments!! The televisions in every room was a lot of fun, the kids loved it!! The pool was a lot of fun!!! The pool and spa temps are perfect!!! Home is very refreshing without the Florida humidity. « Took my girlfriend and her two girls down to a week long get away in Kissimmee. Last year we rented another one of Shaun’s properties, we knew what to expect . The girls however , it was their first time and they absolutely fell in love with the home and the area . Whenever I vacation in Kissimmee I will always try to book one of Shaun’s properties. I will always recommend shaun !!!!! »

« We just returned from a week long stay and were very pleased with the house! Everything was clean and as represented in the pictures and descriptions. There really was something for every member of our group! The house was also conveniently located to all the Disney parks. The only small issue we had was late night noise next door on one night. It didn’t last long, and you certainly can’t blame that on the property. Overall a wonderful stay!! »

« Great little place, clean & well kept, we had 2 adults and 1 teen and it was perfect. Plenty of linens and toiletries. Nice small kitchen and 2 tv’s. So close to Disney if that’s your destination. Another reviewer mentioned the bed is hard and yes it’s somewhat stiff, not ideal but you’re only there for a short time. I have back problems and it wasn’t a game changer. Located in a nice area and I saw security and police patrols often, seemed very safe. I would totally stay there again! »

No ball game, no music at the pool makes it to quiet for little kids.....The staff was great but two at the pool were not smiling, living 1 hour without services and said the chest game was broken and it was lie....He just didn't want to unlock....
