Loved how close it is to Disneyland. Wished the breakfast buffet had a little more variety.
The location is outstanding and we call it “the coffee hotel” because when we stayed at other hotels in the area we always went to the market at the Tropicana in the morning for coffee. Rooms were clean and quiet. But our favorite part is that it is literally located at the crosswalk to the Park. ...
Location was excellent and room was clean however, we did not have hot water on our first night stay or in the morning. Staff were unapologetic and unwilling to do anything to accommodate us - ie - by perhaps offering a discount or something of that nature.
The property was beautiful and the pool is huge. The kids loved watching the fireworks from the pool every night. I really like the ability to request a balcony or patio room at no additional charge. The extra space is great. The walk from this hotel is very short to Disney. The Pizza Press on site ...
The rook was in good condition. Rhe staff was great and friendly. Kids loved the pool. Our only issue was the room temperature. It was either way to hot or way to cold.... no happy medium with the heating cooling system they have. Had for cold nights
Nice to be close to Disney. Way overpriced for quality of room. Storytellers now is only very pricey Buffett. Bummer. I liked it better before. Most staff was friendly. A few were grumpy
The water park was a great mid day break for families
That we could walk to entertainment and food places and enjoy a very safe neighborhood.
Property is too good, we love it, more species, the kitchen is too good
