Leider fährt der erste Ortsbus, der zwar bis vor die Haustüre fahren würde, erst um 9.30 Uhr und der letzte vom Bahnhof bereits um 17.20 Uhr. wenn man im Sommer Wanderausflüge macht, hat man somit ein sehr kleines Zeitfenster, um in den Genuss des Ortsbuses zu kommen. Die 150 Höhenmeter müssen so immer zu Fuss bewältigt werden. Die ganze Utoring-Anlage ist ideal geeignet für Skiurlaub. Das Haus ist nahe an der Seilbahn und der Skischule Sax gelegen. Im Haus gibt es einen Skiraum und einen Skischuhraum gleich neben der Wohnung. Weitere Vorzüge sind das Schwimmbad, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, Wlan, täglicher Brotlieferdienst und 24h-Getränkekühlschrank.
