"I came by myself for my birthday, on a solo trip. I HAD A BALL. Everything was perfect from the room, the staff, the entertainment and the resort in its entirety. Beautiful clean room, the food chef's kiss, Gabrielle at the front desk was very accommodating, as well the service staff. 1st time in Jamacia, definitely won't be my last. Thank you Aquarelle for such a great experience. Yall made me feel at home. Will be back soon."

"The room was spotless and very clean. However, our check-in was delayed because the room was not ready. If an upgrade is offered, guests should not be kept waiting until 4:30 p.m. to check in. To me, an upgrade means the room is ready upon arrival."

"We had an amazing stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special shoutout to D’Andre, our waiter, who truly went above and beyond to meet all of our needs — he was such a joy and made our experience even more memorable. The rooms were very clean, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and even though the weather wasn’t great, our stay was still incredible.
