The modern, light-filled 55 m² attic apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Dinkelsbühl, just a 10-minute walk from the historic old town, and accommodates up to 3 guests. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large sliding-door wardrobe offering plenty of storage space, as well as a living room with a comfortable seating area, satellite TV, and a double sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen with dining area is fully equipped.  
  
The bathroom has natural light and features a shower. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TV. The non-smoking apartment is bright and has a separate entrance.  
  
The private, furnished west-facing balcony offers a lovely view of greenery. Here you can relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the sunset in a peaceful setting.
