With a surface area of 180 m² on four levels, it has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests. Overlooking Saint-Enogat beach and facing the sea, it offers breathtaking views (Saint-Malo Bay - Dinard). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival. The house is laid out as follows: Level -1 - Sleeping area \- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200), storage space \- Bathroom with bathtub and double sinks \- Separate toilet \- Laundry area with washing machine and dryer Level 0 - Ground floor : As soon as you enter, you arrive on the ground floor in the 40 m² living room with a kitchen open to the living/dining room. Storage space is available with shelves and a wardrobe between the bedroom and the bathroom entrance. At the back of the room, there is a desk area and a sofa. Outside The beautiful wooden terrace, which is completely enclosed, faces north. Like the rest of the house, it offers a wonderful view of the bay of Saint-Malo/Dinard. You can enjoy the sumptuous light from sunrise to sunset. Outdoor furniture is available: outdoor table, armchairs and chairs, parasol, two wooden deckchairs. From the terrace, there is private access to the stairs leading down to the beach, which is located 20 meters below. Neighborhood The house is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment.
