Sa localisation centrale dans une jolie rue arborée bordée de maisons de ville d'époque, est juste idéale pour partir à la découverte de Dinard à pied : les 3 superbes plages sont à 10 min chacune, les quartiers commerçants et animés idem. Et le départ à vélo ou en voiture est super aisé pour explorer dans les environs la côte d'Emeraude vers Saint-Briac, ou encore Saint-Malo et Cancale, la féérique vallée de la Rance et ce bijou qu'est Dinan. Y compris en automne, car tous les lieux sont ouverts mais pas surpeuplés, et hyper accueillants. Nous avons tellement bien mangé à l'Ombelle, au Pic à bulot, au Nessay... huitres, poisson, local & de saison, incroyablement bon. Après ces journées de balades culture/nature et explorations gastronomiques nous étions tous ravis de pouvoir passer la fin d'après-midi "chez nous". Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: zentral und alles fußläufig erreichbar, haben wir die Umgebung in vollen Zügen genossen.
