Unit Layout  
The accommodation is a 3-room apartment with a total area of 65 square meters, located on the 2nd floor. It offers a bright, comfortable, and cozy living/dining room with a TV (flat screen) and a hi-fi system, along with access to a balcony. There is one room with two beds (80 cm, length 190 cm) and another room with one double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with modern amenities, including an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also features a shower, separate toilet, gas heating, and a balcony measuring 8 square meters. Additionally, the apartment has a washing machine, internet (WiFi, free), and a garage space (no. 237).  
  
Other Information  
The apartment is strictly non-smoking, and one small pet or dog is allowed. It has a smoke alarm installed for safety purposes. Please note that this apartment is located in a new area under construction, and new buildings are still being constructed just opposite. The apartment is available throughout the year, except during the summer school holiday period. For more details, you can contact the Dinard agency.
