The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 125 m² house for rent in Dinard, nearby from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It has a lovely 42 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
  
Ground floor:  
\- A 42 m² living room with a lounge area (sofas, TV) and a dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: a master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), dressing room and en-suite shower room  
\- Separate WC  
\- A storeroom  
\- A garage  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room  
\- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 4: with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bathroom with bath

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

\- A 28 m² wooden terrace to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The house is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage and in front of the house.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Saint Malo, about 10 km away
