Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the centre of Dinard, in the resort 10 m from the centre of ville, in a central position, in the heart of the city, from the sea, 400 m from the beach, located by a road, south facing position. Public parking on the road. Grocery 150 m, shopping centre 3.2 km, restaurant 20 m, bakery 150 m, bus stop "Office du Tourisme" 300 m, railway station "SNCF Saint Malo" 12.3 km, sandy beach "L'Ecluse" 500 m, park "Port Breton" 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 600 m, thermal baths "Thalasso de Dinard" 1.9 km. Sports harbour 950 m, golf course (18 hole) 6.6 km, sailing school 700 m, tennis 2.6 km, riding stable 2.6 km, sports centre 2.4 km.
