Renovated in 2020, with a modern, uncluttered decor, this charming apartment boasts all the comforts you could wish for: bright living room thanks to a large bay window, south-facing balcony, fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom and shower room with toilet. Linen is provided, beds are made on arrival, private underground parking with electric car recharging. We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation is as follows: Located on the 1st floor and measuring 45 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It's south-facing, with a large bay window and a window in the living room, and a French window in the bedroom. Relax on the south-facing balcony! \- In the living room, you can sleep on a sofa bed (140x200 cm), brand new in 2020 and very comfortable. \- In the kitchen area, you'll find: induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, etc. There's also space for 4 people to enjoy meals. \- In the shower room with WC, an 8kg washing machine and heated towel rail. \- In the bedroom, you'll find 2 brand-new beds (90x200 cm) with the option of moving them closer together to sleep as a couple.
