Welcome to Dinard in this beautiful 50m2 apartment, with its privileged location. Located right in the city centre, simply drop your bags, park your car, and walk just a few steps to find yourself on Dinard's famous main beach. Change of scenery guaranteed!   
  
The interior of the apartment will also not leave you indifferent, with its careful decoration. Its living area combining the kitchen and living room/dining room is spacious and has been decorated with a mix of styles that works wonderfully. In the kitchen, you will have everything you need to feel at home: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Senseo and plunger coffee maker, kettle and all necessary utensils. What are you waiting for to enjoy the delicious fresh products from the market?   
  
Gather around the round table in the dining room to enjoy delicious meals prepared by yourselves.   
  
The living room, for its part, with its comfortable sofa will invite you to relax and will allow you to watch a film or follow a sporting event on television.   
  
Behind the kitchen, a bathroom with a shower awaits you to help you relax after a long day of beach activities! A toilet completes this space.   
  
Regarding the sleeping area, you will find a first bedroom on the ground floor equipped with two single beds (90x190) and a second one with a double bed (140x190) at the top of the open mezzanine. As the mezzanine is under the attic, it will be more suitable for people of small to medium height.   
  
The accommodation is located on the second floor of a building without a lift, and the building's stairs are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Nearby, a restaurant may occasionally cause some odours or sound-related activities linked to its business.
