We have this charming loft for rent in a former printing works, nestling in the heart of old Dinan, in the historic district. With a surface area of 120 m², it can accommodate up to 8 travellers. Accessed via a staircase in a courtyard, it comprises a pretty 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 110 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you !

The accommodation comprises

- 50 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, sitting area and dining area
- Large bay window in the living room opening directly onto the garden.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed (160x200 cm)
- Shower room with walk-in shower and double basins
- Separate WC

First floor
- A mezzanine sleeping area overlooking the living room with two single beds
- Bedroom 2 : One queen-size bed (160x200 cm)
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside
- A 15 m² terrace at the entrance to the property, with outdoor furniture.
- A 110 m² enclosed south-east-facing garden with furniture for enjoying the fine weather. It offers superb views.

The property is ideally located in the heart of the historic district, in a very pleasant and peaceful environment, while still benefiting from the attractions of the town centre. - Our Loft has an outbuilding, the Cosy Lodge, which can accommodate up to 4 additional people in a living space of 30 m². This accommodation can be rented with the Loft or separately, with 2 independent entrances, and the gardens of the two units can be separated by a sliding fence.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and Beau Temps Belle Mer (concierge / housekeeping service).
