Property Description Beautiful, fully-updated corner unit on Lake Dillon with mountain and lake views. Lake Cliffe 301B is a large 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in the heart of Dillon that sleeps 8\. Unit is on the top floor with private deck facing the mountains, lake and landscaped grounds. Full of light from the large windows. A cheery, sunny unit with a cozy vibe. Lake Cliffe has one of the best clubhouses in the area with two large hot tubs, indoor heated pool and community lounge area. Fully-equipped kitchen has new appliances, regular drip coffeemaker and room for meal prep. Living Room has large flatscreen, beautiful leather sectional, gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows. Unit is on the 3rd floor with stairs for access. Free WiFi and ROKU. Private, covered deck with table for 4 can be used year round. Dining table in window nook seats 6, kitchen bar seats 2\.
