Outdoor grill totally filthy, unable to cook on it. TV’s good. Recent furniture in living/dining area good. Decor combination of plastic cactus, oriental picture, Venice canals, mountain bears, imitation sand paintings. Lots of puzzles. Old books. Vintage radio tuner. At very least, put tile in bathrooms, easier to clean after each guest. Not everyone gets “it” into the toilet, causing stains on carpet and smells. Management company was very good to deal with, no issues with them. The view made the experience good, not the neglect of the condo. Good lock system to get into condo. Viewing windows to deck very clean. Outdoor patio chairs uncomfortable...seat pads would help. Sanitizing spray provided for kitchen area. Adequate paper products/soap. Washer/dryer worked. Fireplace worked. Drapes somewhat faded, torn, in need of replacement. ##### Diane A. Though the property was a bit dated, it had everything we needed, and centrally located to everything we wanted (e.g. ski slopes just 6 miles away, grocery and liquor store was right across the street, ski rental place one block away, MULTIPLE eating spots, etc.). The only negatives were:1) some things were listed that were not present (e.g. wood supplied for fireplace when it actually uses gas; and I know COVID restricted them, but the site lists a Jacuzzi and pool but were not open. Such should be not be listed as perks of this property if they are not available. And 2) there was no written information pertaining to multiple facets of the property that guests need to know. If rented multiple properties and each always has a guest book of some kind that not only identifies such, but also other points of interests (e..g. shuttles, ski resort location, recommended restaurants, etc.). But this one didn't. For example, there was no information about how to operate the heating devices on the floor of the rooms. We were very cold the first night, but I eventually found them and we were fine. Such should be provided in some way. Also, no information on how to operate the controls for the TV's. And I had to search for the correct one and finally found it imbedded in one of the couch's, as the one in the living room was for the TV in the master bed room. The property manager was easy to get and communicate with, but all of that would be unnecessary if there was a guide that identified the things mentioned. Despite that, we LOVED this place and I would absolutely give this property the highest evaluation property because we LOVED it, once we knew how to heat the property and how to use the controls, etc. I've been coming to the Dillon, Keystone, Breckinridge area for 20 years and despite those issues, this is by far our favorite property. If those things are cleaned up, this should be a five star rating. ##### Randy B.
