Beautifully furnished with wood floors, six-person dining bar and stainless appliances. Living room features a flatscreen and cozy gas fireplace. Free WiFi and cable. Patio furniture seats 4\. Interesting Southwest, Native American and Colorado decor. Bedding Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen. \~ 2 New Queens, private bath in master (beds replaced in December 2025) \~ Queen Sofabed in living room with full hall bath. Parking 2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided at check-in. Hang from rear-view mirror. Location Great central location with easy access to I-70\. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. You have to go to an office and pick up the key that is a drive from the condo. You also have to drop the key off at the same place when you check out. We were falsely and rudely accused of having a dog in the condo by the property Mgmt company. We never had a dog in the condo. The patio table is right on top of the neighboring patio table. Honestly, the location was wonderful - ground level so you can walk right out on the lawn and relax while overlooking the lake. Easy access to the walking path, marina, dock, playground and a nearby restaurant (Arapahoe Cafe & Pub). The condo itself was clean and comfortable with a fairly well equipped kitchen. You can tell it needs some updating and a little TLC in certain places (baseboards, walls, ceilings, carpet, shower tile) but it was comfortable enough. The only major criticism I have is there is no access to in-room laundry. I cannot remember the last rental property I have used that did not have laundry access, so it was a bit of a surprise and disappointment. The solution that is given is that laundry machines are available in the on-site clubhouse. While this is true, you will pay for use of the machines in quarters. This turned out to be a MAJOR pain in the butt as there was no quarter machine in the clubhouse, and it is nearly impossible to find quarters during a pandemic. We drove around to 4 places in Dillon to find some. Laundry became a half-day annoyance. Even though the condo itself it fairly nice, with kids, I would look for another rental with the ability to easily do laundry in the unit. Overall, nice and clean condo with a wonderful location! ##### Amanda H. It was a really nice condo that has been recently remodeled. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well set up, and the location was great. It was centrally located between the Summit County ski resorts and grocery stores and restaurants were within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive or less. While there, we skied Copper Mountain and A-Basin and both were nice short drives. The condo complex hot tub and game room were in good shape and we were the only ones using them. ##### Stephen M.
